Charlton Ho, DDS
Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Ho earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech in 1984, graduating magna cum laude. He then attended Georgetown University, there earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and graduating cum laude.
Dr. Ho’s unique home office and dental practice has been in its present location since 1957. Upon purchasing the practice in 1989, he became the 4th dentist to have owned and operated it in the McLean community. Eager to keep his skills sharp and provide the best care to his patients, the doctor has pursued numerous postgraduate courses, including those in orthodontics, dental implants, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, TMJ treatment, and dental CAD/CAM Cerec technology. He is a graduate of a two-year orthodontic program through the International Association of Orthodontists, and is one of less than 250 dentists to have completed the extensive curriculum of Orognathic Bioesthetics International (OBI). Dr. Ho is also a trainer for Cerec technology, teaching other dentists advanced techniques in dental CAD/CAM technologies. And Dr. Ho has lectured both locally and internationally on bioesthetic dentistry, implants, and advanced techniques in Cerec technology.
In addition to the large number of postgraduate courses he has completed, Dr. Ho is a member of the following associations:

- Induction into the Omicron Upsilon Dental Honor Fraternity in 1988
- Selection as one of McLean’s favorite Dentists by the reader’s of the McLean Providence Journal in 1991
- Rating as a top Dentist by the Washington Consumer’s Checkbook in 1996, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2012, and most recently in 2015
- Chosen as a top dentist by Northern Virginia Living Magazine in 2005
Every year Dr. Ho volunteers his time to provide care to those in need through various missions. These include the Northern Virginia Dental Society’s Mission of Mercy, the American Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile Day, the Kentucky Mountain Mission, the World Gospel Outreach in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and El Ayudante in Comayagua, Honduras.
Dr. Ho is a musician, and can be seen playing flute and saxophone in various local churches, including McLean Bible Church. The doctor also enjoys exercising, biking, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Aggie have three children, Bryan, Rebecca, and Rachel.
Alexander Sadak, DDS
Dr. Alexander Sadak was born in Ukraine and grew up in New Jersey. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine on Long Island, NY. He furthered his clinical knowledge and skills through a general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Sadak has received 2 national awards from the American Dental Association and completed more than 450 hours of post graduate continuing education. In addition to private practice he has provided charitable dentistry in underserved communities in the Caribbean Islands and participated in “Give Kids a Smile Day.”
Dr. Sadak loves to improve the health of his patients through education and is known for being comforting, patient and gentle. In his free time, Dr. Sadak enjoys hiking, biking and cooking with his wife Lauren.
